ENVE carbon is engineered for performance at the highest levels of cycling and designed to lead the market in strength, durability, and ride quality. We do not design products to be indestructible. If you exceed the limits of your product while riding, racing, crashing, or driving your roof mounted bike into the garage – don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
ENVE incidental damage protection is a supplemental coverage program for original owners that protects against accidental damage caused to the product from riding, racing, crashing, dog ate your wheel types of scenarios. Protection begins from date of purchase and product registration is highly recommended.
The ENVE Incidental Damage Protection program is not for sale and does not require you to buy coverage, it simply allows you to replace your product at a discount if you are the firsthand purchaser of the product when mishaps occur that are not covered by the ENVE Factory Limited Warranty. The periods of Incidental Damage Protection and the discounts available are as follows:

Requirement to Participate:
- Must be the original owner of the ENVE product and hold a valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or ENVE.com.
- Product registration is highly recommended. Product Registration can be completed here.
- You will need your product serial number(s) and a valid proof of purchase from ENVE or an authorized dealer.
ENVE INCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION – FAQ
What products are covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection?
ENVE rims, hubs, components, frames, and forks are protected under ENVE Incident Protection. Accessories, consumables, apparel, and soft goods (e.g., apparel) are NOT covered.
Consumable wear products: brake tracks, brake pads, tires, inner tubes, bar end plugs, bar tape, tubeless tape, decals, bearings, hub internals, spokes, freehub bodies, hub end caps.
Is paint covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection?
No, paint damage resulting from normal wear and tear, riding, crashing, and poor care as a result of using solvents or other harsh chemicals is considered cosmetic damage and is not covered under this program and no discount will apply.
What type of damage is covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection?
Damage caused to your product that affects the structural function of the product, is covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection. Damage that is cosmetic in nature is NOT covered and no discount is available.
What type of structural damage is NOT covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection?
Damage that is intentional in nature will eliminate your access to ENVE’s Incidental Damage Protection program.
Who is covered under ENVE Incidental Damage Protection?
Original owners with proof of purchase who have registered their products are covered.
If my product is replaced under Incidental Damage Protection, does the coverage restart with my replacement product?
No, it does not. Incidental Damage Protection begins from your original date of purchase. So, if you break a rim in year 3, the damaged product would be replaced at no charge, charges will be applied for labor, parts, and shipping. If you break that replacement rim in year 4 and beyond, the replacement will be subject to the prorated discount cost structure.
What if my product is beyond the coverage period of the ENVE Warranty, does my product still have Incidental Damage Protection?
Yes.
How are shipping and labor costs handled for an incident?
In the event of an ENVE Incidental Damage Protection claim, the customer is responsible for all shipping and labor costs. For example, if a wheel is damaged in the first year of ownership, ENVE will replace the rim at no charge, customer will be responsible for shipping to and from ENVE, the small parts required to rebuild the wheel (i.e. spokes), and the labor to breakdown and rebuild the wheel.
