Road Races, Gravel Races, even Criteriums – the Meteor X Giordana Team has quickly established themselves as a “Jack-Of-All-Trades” type of group that isn’t afraid to jump into any event, and often using the same bike setups. In a day and age of highly specialized teams or riders, this group captained by Colin Strickland, breaks the mold.

Utilizing this wide array of event coverage all over the United States, the team also features many products that are made right here in America.

Allied Cycles supports the team with their Alfa All-Road framesets, which are manufactured in Little Rock, Arkansas. The versatility and geometry of the frame lets the team run any tire up to 35mm.

Lining up with the ethos of the Alfa All-Road are the ENVE 3.4AR Wheels laced to Chris King Hubs which are both manufactured in the United States. The inner width of the 3.4AR rims at 25mm allows the racers to run anything from 28mm to 38mm tires at a lower pressure for critical grip needed in fast corner criteriums or traction during a gravel race.

This combination of all-road capabilities has already proven successful with a win at the Sea Otter Classic criterium, and top-ten at Belgian Waffle Ride. Two very different races, with the exact same bike and wheel setup.
